These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the Jet7 platform and all its services. By accessing our services via the Jet7 website, mobile app, or any other channel, you are automatically deemed to have accepted these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions have been prepared in English and serve as the governing version. In the event of any linguistic ambiguity, the English version shall be considered final.

Accurate and truthful information must be provided when registering an account on Jet7. If an account is found to have been created with false information, Jet7 reserves the right to close it at any time.

• Each individual may hold only one account.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be genuine.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility.
• To update your account details, please contact the Jet7 support team.
• Transferring or sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited.

Jet7 is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Account registration by minors is completely prohibited. A national ID card or passport may be requested for age verification.

Jet7 considers the protection of minors to be of the utmost importance. If any minor's account is identified, it will be closed immediately and the relevant authorities may be notified.

• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• KYC verification cannot be completed without a valid ID document.
• Professional athletes may not place bets on their own sport.

Deposits at Jet7 can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit is BDT 200. Deposits are generally credited to your balance instantly.

• No additional charges apply to deposits.
• The correct reference number must be provided at the time of deposit.
• Jet7 will not be held responsible for deposits submitted with incorrect information.
• If suspicious transactions are detected, your balance may be placed on hold pending verification.
• Payments made in a third party's name are not accepted.

To withdraw from Jet7, you must first complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500. Most withdrawals are processed within 3–5 minutes.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a registered payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before a bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• A maximum daily withdrawal limit applies — VIP members are entitled to a higher limit.
• If your withdrawal is delayed for any reason, please contact support.
• Withdrawal of large amounts may be delayed if verification has not been completed.

All bonuses and promotions on Jet7 are subject to specific wagering requirements. After receiving a bonus, the bonus amount cannot be withdrawn until the required wager amount has been met.

• Welcome bonus wagering requirement: 20x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time (with certain exceptions).
• If fraudulent activity related to bonus use is detected, the bonus will be voided.
• Jet7 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• To qualify for a referral bonus, the referred person must be a genuine new member.

All games on Jet7 are powered by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, meaning every game outcome is entirely random and fair. Jet7 does not manipulate the results of any game.

Sports Betting odds and results depend on third-party providers. Should a technical error cause incorrect results to be displayed, Jet7 reserves the right to apply the correct outcome.

• Jet7 is not responsible for any game interruption caused by a loss of internet connection.
• Jet7 reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds.
• Any objection to a game result must be reported to support within 24 hours.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Jet7. Any violation of these rules will result in permanent account closure.

• Using bots, scripts, or automation software.
• Bonus abuse — using false information to claim a bonus.
• Money laundering or processing of illegal funds.
• Hacking, phishing, or any attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform.
• Harassing or intimidating other members.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Intentionally exploiting game glitches or bugs.

Jet7 is not liable in the following circumstances:

• If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• When a transaction is delayed due to issues with a third-party payment gateway.
• Service may be unavailable during scheduled server maintenance.
• In the event of an unforeseen natural disaster or Force Majeure situation.
• When the user shares their account credentials with another person.

Jet7 always strives to provide the best service, but temporary technical issues may occasionally occur. Claims for financial compensation arising from such issues will not be accepted.

You may request to close your Jet7 account at any time. Contact the support team to submit your request. Please withdraw any remaining balance before your account is closed.

• Voluntary Account Closure: all remaining balance will be refunded.
• Closed for rule violation: balance may be forfeited.
• Inactive account (12 months): may be closed after prior notice.

• Complex issues may take up to 7 business days to resolve.
• The relevant balance may be temporarily placed on hold during an investigation.
• All disputes will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
